BMJ Retracts Claim That Prozac Documents "Went Missing"

The British Medical Journal has retracted its claim that documents supplied by Eli Lilly in a civil trial about whether fluoxetine (Prozac) may cause aggressive behavior "went missing." However, according to Reuters, the BMJ is standing by its more important claims that Lilly was aware of some of the drugs adverse effects as early as the 1980's, yet tried to "minimise their likely negative effects on prescribing."
