Obviously performing surgery is diffe...I disagree. Obviously performing surgery is different than producing a car. But it is equally obvious, I think, that the process of care, from intake to discharge, involved many steps that would benefit enormously from standardizing processes, empowering team members, and other strategies employed by these successful companies.
