Since there is not surveillance of the adverse events, injuries, and deaths from defective HIT and defective deployment, they can get away with it. <br /><br />Another one to ponder: Since the US Government can not afford to take care of all of these old sick people, flawed HIT is a clever way of lessening the burden.
