On PharmaLot, this post updates the Provenge story. We had posted about it here, emphasizing how relevant conflicts of interest muddied an already muddled story. Now, there is even more controversy over accusations about conflicts of interest. Unfortunately, the presence of such conflicts often turn scientific disputes into "he said, she said" sorts of arguments in which the money at stake drowns out the science.
