Scot, a big business cloaked in the euphemism of being a "hospital" is still big business sans smoke stacks and toxic dumps. Consolidated power focused on the bottom line. Undoubtedly performing a vital service to their community but ready to strike at the jugular of anyone who upsets the status quo and threatens to present an alternate narrative to their squeaky clean fairy tale stories.

Way to deep in the weeds.
This is abusive to the taxpayers whose money pays for the court system. Wasting its time ought to be considered misconduct.
I used to be a nurse and later a lawyer. These types of actions are why I am neither now.
A hospital tried to get your blog censored? This is so screwed up. Totally outrageous.
Scot, there is essentially no consequences for these lawyers' actions, so they will continue them and make money doing so.
Like doctors I believe lawyers swear an oath to the public. Many do not keep to that oath.
Self policing professions simply do not work out well.
